Eligibility Criteria

To apply for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  1. Education:
    • Must be a Graduate in any stream.
    • Undergraduates (12th pass) are not eligible.
  2. Experience:
    • Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
  3. Communication Skills:
    • Good command over Hindi and English is required.
    • If your English is basic but manageable, you can still apply as long as you are fluent in Hindi.
  4. Technical Requirements (Mandatory):
    • Since this is a WFH role, the company does not provide a laptop/desktop.
    • You must have your own Laptop or Desktop.
    • Configuration: Minimum 8GB RAM, Windows 10 OS.
    • Good Wi-Fi / Broadband connectivity is essential.

Job Description & Shift Timings

  • Process: You will handle customer queries for Blinkit (grocery delivery app) regarding orders, returns, and payment issues via Call or Chat (Blended process).
  • Shifts: 24×7 Rotational Shifts (Day or Night shifts possible).
  • Working Hours: 9 Hours Shift (8 Hours Work + 1 Hour Break).
  • Working Days: 6 Days working per week with 1 rotational week off.
  • Training: Full training is provided. You must clear the post-training certification to move to the production floor.

Salary Structure

  • Annual CTC: ₹2.0 LPA to ₹2.25 LPA.
  • Monthly In-Hand: Approximately ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (estimated based on CTC).
  • Note: The salary is relatively lower considering it is a full-time, 6-day working job, but it is a verified permanent remote role.

  4. Ambition Test (Basic assessment)
